Meaningful Connections - Your Resources
| Thank you for joining the PSA Conference workshop "Building Meaningful Connections when Time is Tight". Welcome to your session resources. They’re designed to further refine your connection skills, equipping you to rein in your brain’s less helpful habits, and stay at your resourceful best even when the pressure’s on. As speakers, trainers and coaches we rarely have the luxury of time to make meaningful connections, because everyone’s busy. These skills will help you make the very best of every moment, when it most counts. Before exploring each technique, choose a specific situation or connection challenge that you want to feel better about or handle more effectively. It doesn't have to be the biggest or scariest, just specific enough for your brain to learn a new pattern. And when you've found what changes work best, repeat that exact sequence a few times to embed the new thinking. So when it’s safe to let your mind wander, pop on some headphones and explore. You're welcome to get in touch and let me know how you’re getting on... To access each skill's resources, click on its image |
